Order Processing and Delivery

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email and SMS containing tracking information for your shipment. The total delivery time consists of two stages:

  • Processing Time (1-2 days): This period involves preparing your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse, including quality checks and packing. 
  • Shipping Time (3-5 days): This denotes the duration for your item(s) to transit from our warehouse to your designated destination.

Please note that transit times may vary depending on your location and the origin of the package. Unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID-19 restrictions, may lead to delays in delivery. Defective Goods

Should you identify any defects in the skin (such as fitting or glue issues) within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, please contact us and provide images of the defective skins. Upon review, we will coordinate with you to arrange for a replacement. Our utmost priority is to deliver high-quality products and provide exceptional customer support. We are available around the clock to address any concerns and ensure timely resolution.

 

Cancellations

Please be aware that once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, it cannot be canceled. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery within 15 days (India) from the order date
  • Failure to ship the ordered products
  • Unavailability of service in the shipping location

Refund requests will not be entertained for damaged products. Damaged items will be promptly exchanged upon notification. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Undelivered Goods

In the event that an order fails to arrive at the provided delivery address within the specified timeframe, please contact us promptly. We will initiate a re-shipment to ensure you receive the product you purchased. Please note that refunds will not be provided for undelivered items, except in cases where the fault lies with our courier agencies due to incorrect or outdated address details, package refusal by the recipient, or after three failed delivery attempts. In such instances, the buyer will be responsible for the return-to-origin (RTO) charges.

 

Replacements for Incorrectly Placed Orders

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to request a replacement, kindly return the initial package in unused condition. Email us at info@cenjawraps.com with the reason for the return and include necessary images for verification. Replacement reshipping will be processed upon confirmation, subject to a reshipping fee. Once we receive the returned package, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Please note that refunds or replacements for incorrectly placed orders are not available for international orders. We appreciate your cooperation.
