SHIPPING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking information for your shipment. The total time it takes to receive your order is as follows:

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until it is delivered to you. The total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time (1-2 days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time (3-5 days): The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

The transit time also depends on your location and the origin of your package. For more information, please contact customer service. We will address your issue as soon as possible. Enjoy shopping! Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duty and other import commission charges for international orders (outside India). These costs must be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by CenjaWraps.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If you identify a defect in the skin (fitting issues, glue issues, etc.), please email us images of the skins within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. After reviewing the images, we will ship a replacement after discussing it with you. The longevity and fitting of the skin largely depend on whether it has been applied correctly according to the instructions provided in the package. Delivering the best quality and providing top-notch support to our customers is our greatest priority. We’re at your service round the clock, ready to assist you promptly. If you experience any fitting or print issues with your order, CenjaWraps will be happy to replace it. We strongly advise against airing concerns on social media without first discussing them with our team, as this can be defamatory to CenjaWraps' brand name and may lead to legal action. For TWS & other electronic gadgets/chargers, in case of defects, our team will arrange a return pickup and refund the amount after checking the product. Note that certain tech devices, like the Google Pixel 4a, may lose color if a skin/cover is applied; we do not take responsibility for such cases.

CANCELATIONS

Except for any statutory rights of cancellation, once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. Due to the customized nature of CenjaWraps' products, purchased products cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are provided only for products that are damaged before delivery or if the product bears a custom logo or other artwork requested by you that does not match your request. If your product appears to be damaged, please contact us promptly at the provided contact details. You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:

  • 1. If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15 days (in India) from the order date.
  • 2. If www.cenjawraps.com fails to ship the ordered products.
  • 3. If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.


No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as soon as brought to our notice. No returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product because they do not like it after delivery or feel it does not meet their expectations, as all products are custom-made upon receiving orders. No returns will be entertained for minor design and color variations. There will always be some variation in color between products viewed online and received in hand. No refunds will be given for packages returned without email confirmation.

UNDELIVERED GOODS

If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section to let us know. We will process a reshipment and ensure you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide refunds for undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • 1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • 2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies due to incorrect address/contact details.
  • 3. Package refused by recipient.


In such cases, the buyer will be liable to pay INR 60 as RTO charges, which are charged by the couriers for returning the products to our warehouse. The product will be reshipped with the updated details. No refund or design change requests will be entertained under these circumstances.

REPLACEMENTS/CANCELATIONS

If you have ordered the wrong product and want a replacement or do not want the shipment after ordering, you will have to return the initial package to us in unused condition. Email us with the reason for your return and include necessary images of the product and package received for verification. Once we confirm your request, return the entire package to us. No replacement will be given for packages returned without email confirmation. Replacement reshipping will be processed after collecting a reshipping fee of Rs.120 per product (printed products and skins), which is to be borne by the customer. For products like laptops, MacBooks, and sleeves (devices other than mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs.200 per product (printed products and skins) collected from the customer to resend the correct order. Once we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Allow 6-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment source. Cancellation Policy for CenjaWraps Non-Customized Products

What are non-customized products at CenjaWraps?

Non-customized products at CenjaWraps are items in standard form and do not involve any personalized printing, customization, or unique manufacturing. Examples include watch accessories, audio TWS covers, and cable protectors.

Cancellation before shipment:

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team via email at info@cenjawraps.com with your order details. If the cancellation request is received and processed before shipment is initiated, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Customers will receive a full refund within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is processed.

Cancellation after shipment:

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Can a customer change the product or design after placing the final order?

If the order is not shipped, customers can email info@cenjawraps.com to change the product size/color or design. However, note that we usually ship orders within 2 working days. If the order is shipped and the customer wants to change the product size/design/color, they need to bear the courier charges (Rs.120) levied by the company.

If the customer refuses to accept the order:

If customers decide not to accept the parcel after receiving it, they will be responsible for courier charges of Rs.120 in total associated with the return. These courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement Policy for CenjaWraps Non-Customized Products (Defective Items)


Defective Product Replacement:


If you receive a non-customized product from CenjaWraps that is defective or damaged, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the defective product by contacting our customer support team. Provide a video clearly showing the defect to expedite the resolution process.

Once we have reviewed the video evidence and confirmed the defect, we will reship the product to you at no additional cost. The replacement product will be sent using the same shipping method as the original order.
